Cancellation of Purchases

The customer has the right to cancel the transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and regulations established accordingly.

According to the guidelines and regulations of the Ministry of Health, it is prohibited to exchange food supplements, and therefore we cannot exchange sealed packages of a product that has already been delivered to the customer.

Unless that would be due to a defect or mistake by the company.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the email address [email protected].

It should be noted that cancellation of a transaction by the client may not be possible for specific items, as detailed in section 14g(d) of the Consumer Protection Law.

Upon receipt of the cancellation notice and examination of the possibility of cancellation, and if the transaction can be canceled, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the product, minus any cancellation fees (please note that shipping fees are separate from the product price and will be deducted from the refund). The deduction will be equal to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ₪, whichever is lower. In cases where a transaction is canceled due to a defect or mismatch, no cancellation fees will be charged to the customer. In addition, additional provisions of the Consumer Protection Law regarding cancellation by the purchaser, including obligations related to product returns, will be enforced.

Company’s Cancellation Right

The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and for any reason, to cancel or terminate a transaction, sale, or order, in whole or in part, and also to suspend or cease website activity, in full or in part, at any time.

In the event of cancellation or termination as aforesaid, the user or purchaser will receive notification thereof, and the company will refrain from charging the purchaser’s credit card or immediately refund any amount paid for the products, as applicable.

In addition to the refund of the transaction amount, as stated above, the user or customer shall not hold any claims, demands, or complaints against the company or supplier regarding the cancellation of the transaction as stated above in this section.

If a product is found to be unavailable, the website may choose to cancel the order or offer an equivalent substitute. In the event of cancellation as stated above, the website shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages incurred by the customer or any third party. This includes, among other things, damages resulting from purchasing the item from a third party at a higher price.

Shipments and Delivery Times

The website will only commence shipping a product upon payment approval from the credit card company – meaning a product that has been fully paid for.

The product will then be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the online ordering process.

The website undertakes to deliver the goods within the specified delivery time to the desired destination and will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery.

The website management aims for fast delivery within 14 business days for orders sent by registered mail, and within 7 business days for orders sent by courier. Business days refer to Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, eve of holidays, and holidays.

Shipments arranged by the courier company on behalf of the website will be subject to the terms of the courier company, the service areas of the company, and will be coordinated in advance with the recipient.

In the event that the courier company is unable to complete the delivery to the address provided, the website management will notify the customer and take appropriate alternative action for both parties.

Regarding products delivered via Israel Post to the address provided by the customer during the online ordering process, delivery will be subject to the Israel Post delivery schedule, beyond the control and tracking of the website and/or suppliers.

The delivery times displayed on the website, as mentioned above, apply only to products currently in stock on the website and/or with the relevant supplier.

Shipments are handled by the courier company responsible for transporting the products. The courier company’s terms and conditions will apply to the customer.

Shipping Fees – In addition to the price of the ordered products, the purchaser will be required to pay shipping fees. The specific amount of shipping fees will be displayed at the end of the ordering process, according to the selected shipping method, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping fees will be included in the total payment for the product. In cases of payment by credit card, the website may include the shipping fees in the initial payment charge.

The website shall not be liable for any delays, non-deliveries, or disruptions caused by the following reasons:

Force majeure, including but not limited to war, military actions, emergencies, natural disasters, or events beyond the website’s control, such as strikes and closures affecting suppliers or services required for production, delivery, or transportation of products. Any reason beyond the control of the website and/or the company. Reasons related to the delivery company. The delivery times specified apply only to business days from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, eve of holidays, and holidays.

If a product is not delivered within the specified delivery period, the customer must notify the website immediately. In such cases, a new delivery time will be calculated from the date of arranging the new shipment.

The purchaser is obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date details. If products are returned to the company due to incorrect details, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping fees and handling.

Payment and Guarantee

Payment for products can be made by credit card or through an electronic wallet service such as BIT or any similar service available on the website, at the discretion of the website management.

If the customer chooses to pay by credit card, they must provide details including credit card number, ID card, card type, and expiration date. If they choose BIT, the company will process the payment only after receiving BIT approval. This process is subject to the terms of use detailed on the BIT website.

The website management reserves the right to change available payment methods, introduce new ones, and apply different payment arrangements for different credit cards or approved payment methods at its discretion.

After entering payment details in the online order form, the customer will receive confirmation by email confirming receipt of the order details. It is important to note that this confirmation does not constitute an obligation by the website management to provide the ordered products. It simply confirms receipt of the order details.

Immediately after placing the order, the website management will verify the selected payment method. The customer will receive notification after the order is confirmed, and the service cost will be charged to their account.

If the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, or any other available payment method at the same time, the customer will be notified. Subsequently, the website management will contact the customer to complete or cancel the transaction.

Purchase approval depends on the availability of the purchased product in stock at the desired delivery time or at the time of placing the order. If the product is not in stock and has not been removed from the website until the order date, the website management is not obligated. However, if payment has been made, the website management will refund the amount paid or cancel the charge.

It is important to note that there may be cases where an item is displayed as in stock on the website but is actually unavailable. In such cases, the transaction will be canceled, and the customer will not have any claims. However, they will receive a refund for the amount paid.

The delivery date will be calculated from the date of transaction approval by the credit card company or approval from a bank account or approved electronic wallet service.

If the customer is wrongly charged by the credit card company, the website management must be informed in order to receive a refund accordingly.
